Piece together the disturbing truth behind ‘Aunt Mo’

Play

John, a computer engineer and his daughter Charlotte inherit a collection of weird objects from a mysterious relative, that oddly, neither of them can really remember anything much about. Eventually, John and Charlotte start to believe that the objects might be transforming their realities and memories…

All The Delicate Duplicates is a single player first person narrative game that toys with the concept of time. Reality isn’t stable or linear here, but unfurls across a storyworld that bends, flexes and duplicates.

Developed by Mez Breeze and Andy Campbell, the poetic, hybrid language Mezangelle forms a central part of the non-linear language in the game. It remixes the basic structure of English and computer code to create language where meanings are nested inside each other. Players will need to read; re-read; then re-re-read again in order to piece together the unusual truth behind ‘Aunt Mo’.

Awarded a Tumblr International Digital Media and Arts Prize in 2015, and the winner of ‘Best Overall Game Award’ at Game City Festival in 2016, All the Delicate Duplicates is a transmedia project incorporating an immersive gameworld that delicately blurs the line of fantasy and scientific realism. Its non-linear narrative mixes fantastical elements with interactive discoveries and a text-based back story.

Launched worldwide on 17 February 2017 on Steam, All the Delicate Duplicates showcases a rich and deeply layered game environment where players piece together an intriguing narrative.

The recommended specification for playing the game is Windows 10.
