Concerts from A Room for London
A Room for London is a riverboat-inspired one-bedroom installation which was perched atop The Queen Elizabeth Hall in 2012.
Throughout the year Artangel invited a range of writers, musicians and artists to stay here, using their time aboard to create new works or performances.
Built by Living Architecture and designed by David Kohn Architects in collaboration with the artist Fiona Banner, A Room for London is more than a hotel room: it’s an observatory, a retreat and a studio.
